2014/15 Bonspiel Dates

The Peace River Curling Club hosts 5 bonspiels annually.  This year, we are also hosting 2 district curling events.  Mark the dates in your calendar and call the club at 780-624-2861 to register.

Opening Bonspiel - November 14-16, 2014
PulpSpiel - February 6-8, 2015
Ladies Bonspiel - February 27 - March 1, 2015
Closing Bonspiel - March 13-15,2015
Oilmens Bonspiel - March 20-22, 2015

Peace River Curling Club is also hosting the following playdowns.  Please feel free to stop by the club for some great curling action!

Early Start to the 2014/15 Curling Season!

The Peace River Curling Club is very excited to announce an early start to the 2014/15 curling season!  

League start up dates:

Friday Mixed League: Friday October 3rd, 2014

Monday Men's League: Monday October 6th, 2014

Wednesday Men's League: Wednesday October 8th, 2014

Thursday Women's League: Thursday October 9th, 2014 

To register, please join us on the following registration nights:

Tuesday September 9th 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Wednesday September 10th 6:00pm - 7:30pm (Please join us at 7:30pm for our AGM!)

It's bonspiel season so get your team together!  Here are the dates:

DMI Pulp Spiel - February 8th - 10th

Ladies' Bonspiel - March 1st - 3rd

Oilmen's Bonspiel - March 15th - 17th

70th Anniversary Closing Bonspiel - March 22nd - 24th

Want to practice before the bonspiels?  Practice ice is available every Tuesday!

Registration Night and Open House:

Wednesday September 26-27 from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

• Mens and Ladies League $800/team
• Wednesday Night Mens Super League $1200/team
  • With sufficient interest, otherwise regular Mens League fees
• Friday Night Mixed League $600/team
• Juniors $100/child ages 6+
• Adult Learn to Curl $5/week or $30/season
  • Learn to curl is FREE for League Members

New season fast approaching!

The 2012/13 Curling season is rapidly approaching and there are a lot of upcoming events.

October 20-21st  - We are kicking off the season with a Competitive Open Spiel.

October 19th will be the first day of League play for the 2012/13 season.

November 2nd to 4th the Peace River Curling rink is excited to hold its 70th Anniversary Open Spiel!
