Curling Registration & Volunteer Recruitement!

Hi members,

With a lot of consideration the board has decided to go forward with opening the club this year as long as we can get 25 teams paid and registered on or before October 28th, 2020. We can not put ice in if we don’t have the people and the dollars to make it happen. So please have a look at the registration form along with payment details at the links below. We are asking that the payment be made by one person (the skip) and that person can collect from the other teammates.

We will be following the guidelines set by Alberta Canada curlingalberta.ca and AHS to make it a safe and enjoyable year. With your registration Peace River Curling Club also expects your full cooperation in enforcing the COVID-19 protocols by Curling Alberta. Examples such as following the directional arrows, 2 meter social distancing, staggered start times, following posted new rules of curling, ensure wearing of masks if social distancing can not be maintained, 4 person team at one table when upstairs and obey signage in locker rooms and bathrooms.

“ WE NEED VOLUNTEERS MORE THAN EVER!!!” so please indicate on the registration form where you can volunteer your time.

The board has made a decision to NOT allow refunds once the season commences. That means if the government mandates a shutdown of our club due to COVID-19 we will not be refunding your curling fees. Also, anyone who does not follow provincial guidelines will be asked to leave the club without a refund.

Looking forward to a new and exciting curling season!
